Commitment to Treatment
We believe all treatment should be completed in a timely manner. It is very important to keep all scheduled appointments. Missing appointments only lengthens the time you have the appliances, but if too much time lapses between appointments, it may cause negative effects for the teeth.
Commitment to Appointments
An appointment in our schedule is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you and you will be present for treatment. We make considerable effort to stay on schedule and it is important for you to be on time for your appointments. Occasionally, circumstances can cause delays and we will make every effort to adjust the schedule and ask your understanding.
We are aware there are situations in which both the patient and our office may have to change or miss an appointment. We accept this and hope you do. However, we believe a series of cancellations and/or failed appointments without cause reflect a lack of commitment to the treatment plan and a lack of consideration for us. We cannot make available appointment times that will not be honored.
