Insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate the financial arrangements in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. To help us with your insurance filing, please make sure all of the insurance information on file is accurate and up to date.
Please understand your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We are not part of that contract. We will file the necessary forms to assist you in collecting from the insurance company. If for any reason the claim is not paid, it is the patient's or parent's responsibility to pay the fee from the date of service.
